Are you interested in making a difference in the lives of girls in your community?

The Girls on the Run of Fond du Lac Spring 2014 session will be held from March through May, and the 10-week session culminates with the girls participating in a Girls on the Run 5K run in May. Coaches participate in weekly practices during our 10 week spring program.

YES, I’d like to volunteer for the Girls on the Run of Fond du Lac 5K event:

The Girls on the Run 5K will be held in May 2014 at Lakeside Park in Fond du Lac starting at 10:00 am.  Much help is needed for this event which honors the achievement of the girls.  Assistance is needed with registration, water stations, parking and more.

Our next Girls on the Run of Fond du Lac session will be Spring 2014. Check back for more details at that time to complete a Volunteer Application form. You can pick up an application at the Fond du Lac Family YMCA, Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac, or contact Marian Sheridan at the Fond du Lac School District Administration Office.

There are many ways to support Girls on the Run of Fond du Lac. You can be a volunteer, an individual or corporate sponsor, or donate products or services to help us grow. Girls on the Run has 501(c)(3) non-profit status.

Girls on the Run has both local and national sponsors. In addition to our national sponsors, every Girls on the Run council needs local support to fulfill its mission to work with community partners and involve the community in the girls’ success.
